In collaboration with OSA, I have developed a platform in which, per age category, all training topics have been written out. Due to the fact that I was already working at AFC Ajax at the time.They were willing to link her name to this platform, so the “Ajax Online Academy,” which is now known worldwide, came into being. After I left Ajax for a foreign adventure, I worked intensively with the system every day for 3 years and managed my coaches team in this way. Because I was trained earlier in the 90’s with the vision of Louis van Gaal and later on I was allowed to work with the vision of Johan Cruyff, my work is as it were a mix of the two most famous coaches in the world!

Thanks to our collaboration with AFC AJAX and AEGON in the past, the OSA system has more than 800 soccer drills. All these exercises are age specific and originate from the AJAX philosophy. This exercise material is presented in didactic and methodical content including animations and video content. It is also possible to edit the content and adjust it to the level of your team.
