In collaboration with OSA, I have developed a platform in which, per age category, all training topics have been written out. Due to the fact that I was already working at AFC Ajax at the time.They were willing to link her name to this platform, so the “Ajax Online Academy,” which is now known worldwide, came into being. After I left Ajax for a foreign adventure, I worked intensively with the system every day for 3 years and managed my coaches team in this way. Because I was trained earlier in the 90’s with the vision of Louis van Gaal and later on I was allowed to work with the vision of Johan Cruyff, my work is as it were a mix of the two most famous coaches in the world!
Vision, Structure & Talent Development
The lack of the above aspects during the preparation and coaching of training sessions is at the expense of the development of (young) talent. It is a great shame, that is why OSA has set itself the goal to support trainers and coaches as much as possible both before and during soccer training.
In addition, we see too often that there is a shortage of qualitative soccer drills driblling. Obtaining ball control is a matter of intensive training.
