In collaboration with OSA, I have developed a platform in which, per age category, all training topics have been written out. Due to the fact that I was already working at AFC Ajax at the time. In 2009 we started the “Ajax Online Academy,” which is now known worldwide, as SoccerPLAY. After I left Ajax for a new adventure, I worked intensively with the system every day for many years and managed my coaches team in this way. Because I was trained earlier in the 90’s with the vision of Louis van Gaal and later on I was allowed to work with the vision of Johan Cruyff, my work is a mix of the two most famous coaches in the world!
